✅ ITPO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:
- Senior Assistant (Civil) – Post Code 01: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Essential 1 year experience for diploma holders in construction and maintenance of permanent structures (preferably exhibitions). Candidates who appeared in SSC Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination-2024 but were not finally recommended.
- Senior Assistant (Electrical) – Post Code 02: Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Essential 1 year experience for diploma holders. Based on SSC JE Examination-2024.
- Senior Assistant (Architecture) – Post Code 03: Degree/Diploma in Architecture. Essential 1 year experience for diploma holders. Candidates who appeared and secured qualifying cut-off marks in GATE 2024/2025/2026 – Architecture and Planning.
- Assistant (Accounts) – Post Code 04: B.Com. (2nd Division) + Working knowledge of Computer applications + Essential 2 years experience in Finance/Accounts. Based on relevant SSC examination.
- Junior Stenographer – Post Code 05: Bachelor’s Degree + Shorthand/Typing speed 80/40 w.p.m. Based on SSC Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and ‘D’ Examination, 2024-Grade-C.
- Junior Assistant (General Cadre) – Post Code 06: Bachelor’s Degree (at least with 2nd Division) + Typing speed 35 w.p.m. English or 30 w.p.m. Hindi + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint + Essential 2 years post-qualification experience. Based on SSC CGL Examination-2024.
Age Limit (as on closing date 13.11.2026):
- Maximum 28 years for Post Codes 01, 02, 03 & 04. Maximum 27 years for Post Codes 05 & 06. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen and others as per Government of India Rules. Cut-off date for age and experience is the last date of submission of online application.
- Candidates must have appeared in the respective SSC examination of 2024 (or GATE for Architecture) but were not finally recommended for appointment, and have opted to disclose their details as per DoPT instructions.

- Fee payable: ₹1,000/-
- SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Serviceman candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
- Fee is to be paid online through the payment gateway while submitting the application. Fee once paid will not be refunded.
✅ ITPO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process:
- For Senior Assistant (Civil), Senior Assistant (Electrical), Assistant (Accounts), Junior Stenographer and Junior Assistant (General Cadre): Final merit will be prepared based on fulfilling the requisite eligibility criteria of experience (wherever applicable) and consolidated marks and merit secured in the respective SSC examination (JE 2024, CGL 2024 or Stenographer 2024).
- For Senior Assistant (Architecture): Merit list based on fulfilling eligibility criteria of experience and marks/merit secured in GATE 2024/2025/2026 for Architecture and Planning stream (qualifying cut-off marks).
No separate written test will be conducted by ITPO. Selection is based on the scores of the respective SSC/GATE examinations along with eligibility verification.

Eligible candidates should apply ONLINE ONLY through the official application portal.
➢ Step 1: Visit the Apply Online link and read the detailed notification carefully.
➢ Step 2: Register and fill the online application form with all required details.
