Research Associate (RA):
- ₹67,000/- + HRA per month (for entire 2-year tenure)
- Contingency grant: ₹20,000/- per annum
Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- ₹37,000/- + HRA per month (1st & 2nd year)
- ₹42,000/- + HRA per month (3rd to 5th year as SRF, subject to performance)
- Contingency grant: ₹15,000/- per annum (JRF) / ₹20,000/- per annum (SRF)
Tenure: RA – 2 years (non-extendable); JRF – 5 years (2 years JRF + 3 years SRF on satisfactory performance).

Age Limit (as on closing date of application):
- RA: Maximum 35 years
- JRF: Maximum 28 years
Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years and other entitled categories as per GoI rules.
Educational Qualification:
- RA-01 (Life Sciences): Ph.D. in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry / Molecular Biology + desirable experience in cell culture, molecular techniques, LC-MS etc.
- RA-02 (Chemistry): Ph.D. in Material Science / Chemistry / Chemical Science + experience in nanomaterials, polymers etc.
- RA-03 (Pharmaceutical Sciences): Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Medicinal Chemistry etc.
- JRF-01 (Life Sciences): First Class M.Sc. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in relevant subjects with NET/GATE qualification (or exempted as per rules).
- JRF-02 (Chemistry): First Class M.Sc. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. in relevant subjects with NET/GATE qualification.
- JRF-03 (Pharmaceutics): First Class M.Pharm. / M.S.(Pharm.) / M.Tech.(Pharm.) with NET/GPAT.
